Christchurch Quake Floorball Club

The first group of floorball players in Christchurch started to play in 2013. The small group of enthusiasts quickly grew and they won the very first tournament they attended. The club was officialy set up as incorporated society in October 2016. Our activities started in Graham Condon Recreation Centre and since 2015 we moved to ARA Institute of Canterbury.

Our team is capable of competing against other nationwide NZ Floorball teams. In the previous seasons we won the local Christchurch Floorball Open also the National NZ tournament, along with the Wellington Open in September 2014 & 2015 which enabled our team to become Champions of NZ.

At the moment we are working on Floorball development in Christchurch. Our main goal is to create Floorball Academy within the comunity in Canterbury. We see an excelent oportunity for you to get involved with World's fastest growing sport.

All training sessions are held at ARA Sport Court, Corner of Barbadoes St. & Moorhouse Ave, in Christchurch City with excellent facilities.
